This assignment asks for a brief case analysis write-up on TechPoint. Here are some guiding questions to inform your analysis: Guiding Case Questions: 1. What are the 2-3 cultural values of this organization? (Provide examples of artifacts, behaviors, etc. to support your answer.) 2. How are Julie's actions in concert or conflict with the assumptions that guide TechPoint's culture? 3. In what ways, if any, do the cultural values help and/or hinder the performance of this organization? 4. How should Jay resolve this issue? 5. Would you recommend any changes to the company culture? Please give specifics and reasons behind your suggestions. PLEASE NOTE that you need to write a coherent case analysis essay as a stand-alone document (i.e. not in a question-answer format). Your analysis should be at most 2 pages (with 12pt font, 1.5-2 line spacing). As with all writing components of the course, there are three key aspects critical to this assignment: 1) evidence of an effective case analysis using the appropriate course content, 2) clear incorporation of course frameworks/theories in solutions and recommendations: Organization Commitment, Personality, Diversity, Perception and Bias, Motivation, Leadership. 3) attention to effective written communication.
