Vulnerable Population Presentation Assignment Objectives: You will develop and complete a professional presentation including active audience engagement. Students will be assigned to a group Week 1. Based on this assignment each student will need to work within their group to complete the following project and be prepared to present them to the class. Follow directions below and review the Grading Criteria. This presentation is completed in partial fulfillment of learning outcomes and Davenport University Excellence System: Global & Intercultural Competence Instructions: All groups will focus on Health Care Delivery and Population-Centered Nursing. Each group will choose a vulnerable population on which to present regarding health care delivery and population-centered nursing. As a group you will address the following concepts: • Identify, examine, and synthesize the cultural complexities of the chosen population. Examine health care delivery from the perspective of the chosen Population. Evaluate how personal cultural biases and lack of cultural knowledge can influence the delivery of healthcare. Propose solutions to address identified cultural issues.
