The circuit is designed to have perfect impedance match between the battery Vext and the transmission line and the test load is just a short circuit. a) What is the value for current I that will result in a mechanically balanced transmission line if an external DC voltage of Vext = 5 V is used? b) Suppose the battery voltage suddenly dropped by half. Would the transmission line wires be likely to move: inward, outward or not move? Give reasoning.
