You are one of the assistants to the Career and Intern Program manager at Delvall Corp., a large engineering and manufacturing company. You have been asked by your manager to develop

a new presentation outlining the details of the career and intern leadership program offered by Delvall. You continue working on the presentation you have already started. 1. Start PowerPoint, open the student datafile above IL_PPT_2-4.pptx, and save it as IL_PPT_2_Delvall.pptx. 2. Go to slide 4, show the rulers in the Slide pane, then drag the lower-right sizing handle on the shape down and to the right until the pointer reaches the 3 in the horizontal ruler. 3. Draw a 1" proportional chevron shape from the Block Arrows section of shapes. (Hint: to draw a specific size shape, position your pointer on the O of a ruler and drag until your pointer reaches the size you want on the ruler.) 4. Click the Shape Format tab, flip the shape horizontal, then drag the shape's rotate handle until the arrow is pointing up. 5. Select both shapes, then apply Intense Effect-Orange, Accent 2 from the Shape Styles group. 6. 1. Apply the Preset 1 shape effect. 2. Select the Chevron shape, use the right arrow until the Chevron is overlapping the triangle, and then merge the two shapes together using the Union option, as shown in Figure 2-21. Show gridlines in the Slide pane, drag the merged shape to the left until the shape's left and bottom edges are touching gridlines, then hide the gridlines. 8. Apply to all the slides the transition Random Bars with a duration of 2.00, then change the effect option to horizontal. 9. Delete Slide 2 from the presentation, add the slide number and your name as a footer on the slides, then save your changes. 10. Run a slide show. 11 Save the document II PPT 2 Delvall.pptx and submit this completed document in Canvas for grading
