As a job seeker in the engineering field, I have some expectations from my dream company. But I was not sure that it might happen to me. Like other people, I also have my dream company. It was always my dream to be a part of "BAYINFOTECH". My job search and the information I got from indeed.com made me want to work for this company even more.

It is very common for us to like or admire everything from a distance, because from such a distance, we may not understand and realize the true picture of the organization. Once we enter the organization and spend some time there, we come to know and understand the true picture of the organization. So, the moral of the story is that only an insider can give you the true picture of the organization and how it is working there. It is very common that all companies only talk about their good attributes, and after observing it for a long time, people develop some perceptions about the company. However, when we join the company, the working environment, and other factors may not be the same as we had expected or visualised in our mind. The time I spent here, I mean on "Indeed.com", I came to know what the employees say about Bayinfotech (Indeed, 2022). After scrutinizing its employee's comments, my desire to be a part of this company became stronger. The positive working environment here most appeals to me, and the opportunity to apply my creativity and innovation in its networking solutions piques my interest.Now I am more dedicated and ready to try hard to prepare myself to face any sort of interview and exam that can open the gates of this organization for me.

In order to join Bayinfotech, I am well prepared to face my first mock interview. After gathering the information about the company from the website and other resources, I do feel and believe that the company and I are the perfect match. I don’t want to sound arrogant, but I feel we are made for each other. Joining Bayinfotech will also be much more beneficial for the company. I came to know that BayInfotech is a software development company that strives to solve business problems with technical solutions that enhance the value, productivity, and profitability of any business in need, enabling them to gain a competitive advantage and superior business outcomes through our cutting-edge solutions and services (BayInfotech, 2022). Interestingly, Bayinfotech is not a company that maintains a formal relationship with its clients only. It prefers to have a personal touch with the clients. It is dedicated to providing its customers and clients with a wide portfolio of services ranging from IT professional services to IT managed services and IT training services. It also provides many IT services, starting from Cloud Enablement, Network Solutions, and much more.

Technically, I came to know that the employees and personnel are happy and satisfied working here. I also understand how dedicated this company is to its clients and customers. They don’t only aim to sell their products and services to their clients and customers. Bayinfotech makes sure that its clients and customers are making profits by using its solutions. These are the rarest features that we find around us in the modern business world. So, irrespective of employees or customers, everyone wants to join and be a part of Bayinfotech by some means. Still, there are a few things that I don’t know about this organization. I don’t know about its working methodology and how this organization is unique and different from others. I am listing only good things about this company. So, it raises some suspicion in my mind that exactly all of this is true or some sort of match fixing like managing employees' comments, etc. I just hope that all of this is true and I would prefer to learn and know how a company can maintain such a high level of reputation among all of its stakeholders, such as employees, customers, clients, etc. Anyway, I feel I am at a very nascent phase of my career and I have to learn and I have to experience more working here. Once I get selected here, I’ll be face to-face with the truth about this company. And later on, I can explore much more about this company and, of course, the better ones.
