You have been assigned to analyse the potential of digital technology to enable your company's business to grow. Specifically, your task is to search online for information about your chosen company and analyse the current use of digital technology in supporting the functioning of the business, as well as the market conditions. If possible, please include a brief summary of the market and/or target market segments that your chosen company mainly serves. Core to this task is to develop a proposal, which elaborates how your chosen company can deploy digital technology to grow. Growth can be achieved through expanding current market and market shares or diversifying into different markets. Your report/proposal should provide realistic recommendations that are feasible to your chosen company and to achieve the growth objectives that you have identified. Please ensure you engage sufficient amount of topics that have been covered in the module.
