(b) A stock solution of copper sulfate has a concentration of 1.00 M. Calculate

the concentration of a solution made when 5.07 mL of this stock solution is

placed into a volumetric flask and diluted to exactly 100.0 mL.

(Hint: M₁ V₁ = M₂ V₂; where V₂ = 100.0 mL)

(c) A solution has a % transmittance (%T) of 46.2 %. Calculate the absorbance

of the solution. Absorbance = -(Log T) where T = (% T/100).
