The elements on the Periodic Table have many uses ranging from use in food products, fertilizers, batteries, water disinfection lasers, and medical equipment.

Your research must include information about the following:

Start by choosing one element from the Periodic table and research the global issue that the element can be used to address (The element you choose should be the scientific solution).

You must explain your solution using the element, and how it works to solve the global issue. Be sure to include statistics to show the effectiveness of your solution.

Discuss and evaluate the implications of using your solution on ONE of the following factors: social, economic, political, environmental, cultural, moral and ethical factors (to evaluate the factor you need to discuss two positive effects of using the mixture on the factor and two negative effects of using your solution on the factor supported by statistics and evidence from research)
