1- Why you feel this topic relates to the area that you may struggle with in your new career or why you felt this topic(s) was important to learn more about Ans- I feel that the topic of time management is very much relatable to my area of a new career. I often face problems managing my time based on the jobs at hand. I tend to prioritize wrong work and find myself in no man's land because of that. The area of my future career demands a lot of multitasking and that is where I might face problems if I do not manage my time well enough. That is why it was very important for me to learn more about it. 2- What key learnings did you get from your sources? Ans- I learned that to manage the time I have to plan properly. I learned that I have to first prioritize my tasks based on their importance and do them one by one. I also learned that creating a to-do list can help me in achieving this (Perlow, 2019). Taking timely breaks can also help me in this regard. Avoiding multitasking if possible is another way to manage time properly in workplaces. These are the things that I learned from my sources. 3- How you plan to put your learning into practice in your career ? In my new career, I have to create a seamless path between patients, doctors, and nurses. This seamless combination is very important. If I can manage my time well then I will get the opportunity to perform at the highest level and create a seamless combination between patients and other healthcare professionals.
