Instructions for a memorandum of advice
Your memorandum of advice should advise the person receiving it about the strengths and weaknesses involved in any position it is considering to enable that person to make the most informed decision possible.
Your memorandum of advice needs to contain an introduction, and a conclusion that summarises your advice and its policy implications.
You may use the questions as headings, and you may combine some of the questions if you consider it appropriate. But your answer must answer all of the questions.
Your answer should draw on the readings and independent research.
