sport from a list of baseball, basketball, football, golf, and tennis. The counts of men and women

reporting each of these sports as their favorite are reported in the table at the top of Worksheet 4-3.

Using a 0.05 significance level, would can you conclude as to whether the choice of favorite sport is

independent of whether the person asked was a man or a woman?
