What Is Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs?

The motivational theory known as Maslow's hierarchy of needs asserts that an individual's actions are determined by their level of satisfaction in one of five categories of human needs. These needs include a person's physiological requirements, the Hierarchy of Needs According to Maslow Used in Business

1) The Physical Need of Maslow's Hierarchy

The Commercial/Business Application: Safe work environment. The right amount of light. Facilities that are spotless Airflow. Heat. The ideal instruments for accomplishing the task at hand.

Example: To bring employees to meetings, gaming centers, organic gardens, and environmentally friendly furniture, for instance, Google provides them with electric vehicles and bicycles. The corporation is always looking for new methods to boost the health, well-being, and morale of its workers since they have the goal of making their lives easier. Googlers are the employees of the company.

2) Maslow's Need: A Sense of Being Safe
