B. Alliah is an honest company because they stay firm in the decisions that they think are the best for the company. Some decisions might not sound good and actually are controversial, but at least, they are honest with it. However, there is a lack of integrity in Alliah's actions. Forcing the employees to do in-person office work proves that they are not always ethical. Similarly, there is also a lack of respect for the employees of Alliah from the management. Employees need to go through decade-long procedures to even meet the leadership. This deliberate communication gap shows their lack of respect for their employees. Lastly, Their lack of accountability makes it difficult to build a diverse workforce. The human resource team already highlighted that there is scope for improvement in diversity. The company has to take responsibility here.
