Question

During circuit analysis, often times you end up with a system of linear equations which needs to besolved. In many cases, these equations can get lengthy and solving them by

hand can becometedious. When this is the case, it is often useful to use programs such as Maple and Matlab to solvethe problems. The following is a typical problem of such cases (a) Express the linear system developed by nodal analysis using matrices in the form AX = B,%3D (b) Find the reduced echelon form of the augmented matrix. (c) Find A- using Gauss-Jordan elimination method or Matlab. (d) Solve for in Vn E {s, 1,2.,9}, by using the reduced echelon form of the augmented matrix found in (b), the inverse matrix of A found in (c) and Cramer's rule, and compare between the three methods Note that R = 42, R2 = 22, R3 = 22, R4 = 52,R5 = 52, R6 = 102.
